You will then visit the winery, where the team will reveal the key steps of the winemaking process, sharing the techniques and principles behind each wine. This is followed by a guided tasting of three wines, during which you will explore their individual character and discover their most distinctive organoleptic features.
The experience concludes with a Mediterranean lunch served outdoors, surrounded by vineyards and forests. The meal features locally sourced products, starting with a selection of artisanal cheeses and cured meats, accompanied by a fresh seasonal salad. The main course is a traditional paella or fideuà, showcasing the authentic flavors of the Mediterranean.
