Learn how to identify some of the wild and medicinal plants that grow on Dominica’s topography. Plants that locals use for medicine for tea, culinary use and bush rums. After a scenic drive from the south to the center of the island we stop to explore plants around the Morne Trois Pitons National Park near waterfalls such as the Emerald Pool, Jako Falls and Spanny Twin Falls. There we'll gather the herbs that we'll later use to make tea at our final stop: Ti Kwen Glo Cho; an enchanting garden with naturally heated mineral water pools and cold showers. Quite a therapeutic experience. We will also have a short class there about the wild and medicinal herbs that grow on Dominica and make tea from those we gathered throughout the day. What's included
