Cooking is my passion, and sharing it is my joy. For more than two decades, I have been welcoming foreigners to my small family kitchen, a serene spot in Kathmandu, to teach them the essence of Nepalese cooking. Your experience begins in our very own garden, where you pick the freshest greens, tomatoes, and chilis. Then, in our pristine kitchen, I impart the knowledge that was passed down by my grandmother – recipes and secrets honed over a lifetime. Together we'll enjoy the heartwarming outcomes - plates filled with aromatic dal bhat, tender momos, tangy homegrown chutneys, and fresh seasonality based Tarkari (vegetables). It's not just about food here; this is an authentic slice of Nepal presented with all the love one could muster as if being prepared for your dear ones at home. Guests frequently comment how each bite tastes like having dined out at a five star restaurant, simply because everything offered comes straight from the heart.
