Topsea surf center
Topsea Surf Center, founded in 1956 by Shamai “Topsea” Kancepolsky, is the first surfing center in Israel. Located in Tel Aviv between Gordon Beach and Hilton Beach, it offers surf lessons, courses, camps, advanced training programs, and equipment rental including surfboards, SUP, and bodyboards.
