Doton Smash Burgers

During COVID-19, I started a burger food truck in northern Osaka which gained quite some fame and led me to get an opportunity to set up shop right there on this street in downtown Namba's Doutonbori district where we make smashing good hamburgers with spice blends and sauce combinations so unique they are hard to replicate anywhere else using top quality Wagyu beef.
