The company Massimo Rivetti has vineyards covering an area of approximately 62 acres (or about 25 hectares), which are cultivated entirely using organic methods and feature both traditional Italian grape varieties as well as international ones. The annual production is around 100,000 bottles, mainly divided between Barbaresco wine and Langhe Nebbiolo. These plots are grouped together in three farmsteads or "cascine": Froi, Garassino, and Bussolino. In the first one, located within the municipality of Neive, there's also their winery situated on top of a hill called Serraboella - this particular location being considered to be among the most important for producing excellent quality Barbaresco wines.

You will be welcomed at the winery and guided on a visit to the vineyards surrounding our farm. You will discover how we take care of our vines and land: our organic production philosophy. We'll walk among the barrels where we explain each stage of the winemaking process; this is where our wines are born, structured, mature and refined. At the end of the cellar tour you will move to the tasting room where you can taste five of our own produced wines paired with typical traditional dishes in an intimate setting. During the tasting all characteristics and peculiarities of every single wine will be explained. The food & wine pairing experience takes place Saturday and Sunday starting at 12:30 pm.
