Discover Wines with Soul in Saint-Émilion
In the heart of Saint-Émilion, Clos Systey invites you to enjoy an intimate and mindful experience in a 2-hectare organic and biodynamic vineyard, where every gesture respects the life of the soil, the vines, and the surrounding ecosystem.
The experience begins with a guided walk through the vineyard, where you will discover our vision: a form of viticulture close to nature, free from herbicides, pesticides, and chemical fertilizers. We will explain how we work the vineyard using biodynamic preparations and herbal infusions, and how the soil remains alive and balanced thanks to the gentle work of Unan, our horse, who replaces heavy machinery.
Throughout the visit, we share our belief that everything is connected—the stars, the earth, the plants, and the people—and how this philosophy is expressed in wines full of energy, identity, and emotion.
The experience continues in the cellar, where you will learn about our artisanal approach to winemaking: hand harvesting, minimal intervention, and a natural process in which modern techniques serve authenticity. Each step is designed to support the wine, not to impose a style upon it.
The visit concludes with a guided tasting of our wines—true expressions of the Saint-Émilion terroir—where each bottle tells a story and conveys the passion of those who care for every vine, day after day.
